This is such a gorgeous coat!! RN number traces to possibly MONETTE brand but there is no tag indicating that. Accent tie at chest and adjustable tie at waist.

Cuffs have ruffled look with adjustable ties. Stand up or turn down collar.

Two very small spots on back. Only other thing to mention is some of the buttons could use tightening. Tag states size 13/14 but this is a vintage item, please see measurements. Measurements are while laying flat. Pit to pit 20.5.

Inside arm to cuff 16.5. Shoulder to shoulder 15.5.
