EAST vintage dress coat (100% cotton outer/acrylic velvet feel collar/unlined). I'd say a roomy duster style UK 6-8. A very fitted slim UK 10 (for the fit and flare look). 18 armpit to armpit (but can stretch to fit).

26 shoulder to cuff (shorter if you fold the velvet back). Lightly worn for vintage - no real marks, no tears.

I think this was originally designed as a flared version of the 80s tartan dress coat (google Princess Diana Tartan Dress Coat) but would probably be a stylish modern day, oversized duster coat; or worn with a 1950s underskirt (NOT included in sale) it could also be used for Victoriana.
