XXS 1920s Sheer Lipstick Red Silk Flapper Dress Flirty Ruffles Art Deco VTG 20s. Super light weight crinkle textile gives this dress a lovely flow. Ruffle flounces at the neck, hip, and hemline add a flirtatious whisp. Condition: Good Condition Details: Thread has faded to a contrasting color over the entire garment.

Poorly executed repairs are evident in multiple areas. Holes and discoloration under both arms, in ruffled flounce around the hips, and neckline, most are lost in the folds of the ruffles. Stains and unraveling in several spots along the hemline. Some missing stitching and fraying on ruffles throughout.
